UNTD LLC (“UNTD,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or contact us. The short version: this site does not collect, store or sell personal information.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. There are no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising or analytics trackers, and no cookies set by us. The site does not store anything on your device.

The optional sound on this site is generated in your browser as you scroll. It does not use your microphone and nothing about it is recorded or sent anywhere.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company and message. If you book a call, the scheduling service collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and phone number, and shares them with us so we can call you.

We use that information only to reply to you, hold the conversation you asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence. It is not added to marketing lists or automated outreach, and it is never sold, rented or traded.

Services we rely on

A few third parties are involved in delivering this site and handling contact. Each processes information under its own privacy policy:

• Our web host, which, like every web server, keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google.
• Calendly, if you choose to book a call.
• Our email provider, when you write to us.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the conversation or required for our business records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to our studio address. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws; we honor those requests the same way.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.

UNTD is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Third-party links

This website links to third-party services such as Calendly. UNTD is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Accessibility

UNTD is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work.

All of the site’s text is real text that screen readers can read, every section can be reached with the keyboard, sound is off unless you turn it on, and if your device is set to reduce motion, the animated scenes are replaced with a still background.

If anything on the site is difficult to use, please write to our studio address and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it or get you the information another way.
